Nearly a third of Weston's Grove townhouses sell before public launch
Eleven of The Grove's 60 townhouses sold in pre-release sales. Seven others are reserved before opening to the public.
The Grove is a premium 60-townhouse development in Weston that has already sold nearly a third of its stock in pre-release. Eleven homes sold before the public release last week.
Seven others are reserved. The project sits on 1.3 hectares next to Fetherston Gardens.
It has access to more than three hectares of botanical gardens. Townhouses have two, three or four bedrooms and start at $699,000.
They offer low density, wide floor plans and high-end interiors. DNA Architects designed the architecture.
Award-winning designer Fiona Lynch designed the interiors. The style is influenced by classic Californian residential design.
More than 130 new native and deciduous trees are planned throughout. The Grove is due for completion in 2028.
Real estate agents say buyers like the private garden setting. They value the natural light and layouts.
Being near schools and Cooleman Court shopping centre also appeals to them.
