Lab worker dies at Russian plague research institute in Siberia

A laboratory worker died at an anti-plague research institute in eastern Siberia; nearly 200 people have been quarantined.

A worker at a research institute that studies plague has died in the Irkutsk region of eastern Siberia. Russian authorities quarantined about 200 people as a precaution.

The cause of death has not been confirmed and testing continues. Trump said the US would offer help if needed.
