Many pregnancy worries are not as clear-cut as expectant mothers think. Exercise is fine if you were already active before pregnancy, and can help mental and physical health.
Caffeine is okay in moderation when counted across all sources like coffee, tea and chocolate drinks. Food restrictions are real but have workarounds: home-washed lettuce is safer than pre-packaged salads.
Warm baths are fine, but very hot water can raise body temperature too high.
