Israeli targeted strikes violate ceasefire in Gaza
Israeli military killed four Hamas members in targeted strikes, breaking the ceasefire agreement.
Israel's military reported killing four members of Hamas's military wing in the Gaza Strip. One was a commander involved in the October 7, 2023 attack on Israel.
The commander had held Israeli hostages. One member was involved in transferring funds to the group.
The military said the men were getting ready to attack Israeli soldiers and civilians. They were also working to rebuild Hamas's strength.
Israel also destroyed a two-kilometre-long tunnel. A ceasefire has been in place since October 2025.
But deadly strikes have continued. Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said this week that Israel would not stop.
He said Israel will keep fighting until Hamas no longer exists in Gaza.
