The Sydney Kings trailed Brisbane by 11 points early but locked down defensively to win 93-78 at home on Wednesday. Kendric Davis scored 24 points, grabbed eight rebounds and dished seven assists, with Makuach Maluach adding 19 off the bench.
Sydney outscored the Bullets 20-10 and 29-14 in the second and third quarters to seize control. Brisbane's imports Jaylin Williams and Arnas Velicka scored 19 and 15 respectively in the Bullets' first loss of the season.
Coach Brian Goorjian said clamping down defensively and controlling the boards were the keys to the comeback.
