A former lawyer is fighting an automatic seatbelt fine issued to his adult daughter on the Pacific Motorway at Calga in June. The photos were taken in heavy rainfall and are so blurry.

The man believes a windscreen wiper may have been mistaken for an incorrectly worn seatbelt. Revenue NSW rejected his initial dispute.
It sent an automatic response explaining how to wear a seatbelt correctly. He is now pursuing a further review.
He says he is willing to take the matter to court. NSW issued 71,916 seatbelt penalties this year.
This raised $59.8 million. The government says human reviewers check every automatic flag.
