Powerhouse apartments won't open with the museum on November 7. They will open later, once operations settle.
Powerhouse Parramatta's 30 service apartments have been delayed. The apartments will not open with the flagship museum on November 7.
Setting them up cost more than $3 million. The apartments will open in the new year when daily operations run smoothly.
The museum also shared ticket prices. Families pay $60 to enter the 33-room aerospace show.
You can pay an extra $100 for the James Turrell sensory experience. Children under 16 enter free to most exhibits.
Acting chief executive Abbie Galvin explained the delay. It comes from choices about what opens first.
