Canberra soccer referees' no-shows caused by sickness and new buddy system

Last weekend, soccer referees didn't show up for Canberra matches. Two things caused this. Some referees were sick. Capital Football had just started a new buddy system. It pairs younger referees with experienced ones. This accidentally reduced the number of available referees.
