ASX futures point to a strong open after Wall Street gains
ASX 200 futures were up 0.8% at 7am Sydney time as investors rotated into healthcare and staples and away from chips.
ASX 200 futures were up 0.8% at 7am Sydney time, pointing to a strong start. In the US, the Dow gained 1%, the S&P 500 rose 0.2% and the Nasdaq slipped 0.2%.
Investors kept moving out of chips and into healthcare, consumer staples and old fashioned companies.
