Former juniors Kotzur and Kohlhagen reunite as netball co-coaches
Kohlhagen and Kotzur, who started at Walla Hoppers juniors, will co-coach Rand-Walbundrie-Walla's A-grade netball team in 2027.
Jess Kotzur once coached Sophia Kohlhagen as a junior at Walla. Now they are returning as up to co-coaches of Rand-Walbundrie-Walla's A-grade netball side.
Kohlhagen had left the club in 2021 for a five-year stint in the Ovens and Murray League with North Albury and Lavington. She is now coming home.
Kotzur, named the club's best-and-fairest this year, will make her A-grade coaching debut after being appointed for the abandoned 2020 COVID season. Both grew up in Walla and started their netball careers there.
Together they want to develop young juniors and push for finals.
