Copy Geek was founded in June 2026 by Bitfinex trader Chris Ji. The company builds software that lets professional traders automatically copy another trader's positions.
Dr David Issa and Thomas Boga led the funding round for Sydney private investors. The platform is live on Bitfinex, WhiteBIT, Bybit and Hyperliquid.
Copy Geek's technology connects to the exchanges' accounts and order books without requiring new systems. Trades are placed and settled on the exchange where each follower holds their account.
