Taylor Swift dropped a teaser for her Patient Zero music video on Friday. The clip shows her alongside Dakota Johnson and Colin Farrell in a dramatic love triangle.
In one scene, Swift and Johnson mirror each other washing their hands in a bathroom. Later, Swift (wearing an engagement ring) stands with Johnson at a grave, and Farrell arrives in a sports car.
All three meet for a drink dressed in black. The full video premieres on Sunday at the MTV Video Music Awards.
Patient Zero is one of four new songs on an encore version of Swift's 2025 album The Life of a Showgirl, released Friday.
