Former Trivett owner sells Bellevue Hill home for about $31m
Greg Duncan sold his Bellevue Hill home for about $31 million.
Duncan bought the four-bedroom Bellevue Hill house for $1.45 million in 1996. The home was renovated before he purchased it.
A second major renovation in 2013 by architect Alexander Tzannes added two kitchens, heated marble floors and entertainment spaces with a pool and terraces. The sale settled on 22 September.
Price and buyer details will be revealed at final settlement. Duncan and his wife Glenda recently bought a Point Piper penthouse for $29.5 million, which settled in November 2025.
The waterfront apartment overlooks the Harbour Bridge and Opera House, and was previously owned by Sue Ingham, widow of poultry business millionaire Jack Ingham.
