Cameron Diaz returns in Bad Day Netflix comedy
Diaz plays a single mother whose worst day keeps getting worse in the Dec 11 Netflix release.
Cameron Diaz is back in a new Netflix comedy on December 11. Cameron plays a mum of two who promises to go to her youngest's soccer game.
But everything goes wrong: her car gets towed, her bank account freezes, and she gets caught up in a bank fraud case. The film mixes Diaz's action roles from Charlie's Angels and Back in Action with the warmth of earlier comedies like There's Something About Mary.
The cast includes Danielle Brooks and Ed O'Neill as her father, with Mark Duplass, Ben Schwartz and Retta in supporting roles. Director Jake Szymanski made the Amazon series Jury Duty.
