Myer opens 71st Christmas windows with Toy Story theme

Myer's Christmas windows show Toy Story characters in Melbourne, with Andy Allen narrating for the 71st year.

Myer opened its Christmas windows in Melbourne with a Toy Story theme made with Disney and Pixar. Six windows follow the Merry Christmas Woody picture book, starting from Andy's bedroom on Christmas Eve.

Hundreds of thousands of families will visit from November 7 to January 5, 2027. MasterChef judge Andy Allen narrated this year's display.

The windows took more than 10,000 hours to build. A Toy Story Play Zone in the basement has interactive activities and photo moments for families.

The free display lets households cut costs during an expensive season.
