Greater Western Sydney has delisted defender Conor Stone after six seasons and 30 AFL games. The No. 15 pick in the 2020 draft was drafted from Oakleigh Chargers and dealt with several injury setbacks.
This year was the first time he played 10 or more games in a season. Stone was delisted at the end of last season but was picked up again in the rookie draft.
A versatile tall who can play at either end of the ground, Stone was named GWS's VFL Player of the Year in 2024. His exit follows the departure of several Giants veterans this off-season: Toby Greene, Lachie Whitfield, Jesse Hogan, Jake Stringer, and ruckman Kieren Briggs.
