Hanson's party distributed Bluey book with violent scenes
One Nation distributed a colouring book featuring the children's character Bluey in violent scenarios at agricultural shows.
One Nation handed out a colouring book at Brisbane's Ekka agricultural show and at the Mount Gambier show. The book featured the ABC's Bluey character in violent scenes.
In one scene, Bluey was held at knifepoint. The book carried an approval message from Pauline Hanson.
Video showed Hanson holding a copy at the Ekka and giving out books at the stall. Asked about the book, Hanson said it was made by the party and its staff.
She refused to say more. The ABC demanded One Nation remove all Bluey references from its Please Explain cartoon series.
The broadcaster is weighing a legal claim over rights to the character. One Nation dismissed the ABC director-general's concerns as politically driven.
