Warrnambool woman set for Koori Court plea on theft charges
Rebecca Harold, 35, will face Koori Court on November 20 for a plea hearing on theft charges.
Rebecca Harold appeared by video link from custody in Warrnambool Magistrates Court on Monday to face three sets of charges related to thefts in the area. One brief of evidence has been resolved and will go to Koori Court for a 45-minute plea hearing on November 20.
The other two briefs remain in talks. They will return to court on November 2.
No bail application was made. Harold has 39 pages of past court appearances.
She was refused bail in September. Her mobile phone and fingerprints were found at a home where $4000 worth of goods were stolen.
The goods included a PlayStation. She was released on bail days earlier.
This was after a separate charge of stealing charity tins.
