The Block winners wake with two tattoos instead of one
The Block champions got an extra tattoo while celebrating their $4.72 million record-breaking sale.
Courtney and Sev won The Block with a house sale of $4,720,000, nearly $1.3 million above reserve. To mark their life-changing win and the show's biggest prize ever, they decided to get matching tattoos of The Block's target symbol.
Courtney discovered she'd actually gotten two tattoos instead of one when she woke the next morning. The second was the number 429, representing their house number, auction order, and address at 9 McKillop Place, Mt Eliza.
"It was like The Hangover movie," Courtney said, laughing at the surprise. The winners also claimed a $100,000 cash prize and a $500,000 pool from the show, and committed to donate $75,000 to My Room Children's Cancer Charity.
