Monash spinout seeks $5M to test oral diabetes treatment
Immunobiota, founded by Dr Eliana Marino, is raising $5 million for clinical trials of IBT-100. Trials in children will start in late 2027. The treatment is designed to calm the immune response in type 1 diabetes.
