BOA Resources finds high-grade copper in 20 of 23 drill holes
BOA Resources reported high-grade copper from 20 of 23 holes at Ricci Lee in Western Australia, supporting a large continuous mineralised system.
BOA Resources has returned strong copper grades from its maiden drilling program at Ricci Lee, part of the Neds Creek project in WA's Murchison region. Among the latest hits: 10 metres at 3.60% copper (including 6m at 5.57%), and shallow drilling returning 11 metres at 3.20% copper from just 1 metre down.
The company has now reported 23 holes, with 20 showing high-grade results. Drilling shows continuity of the Main Lode across more than 400 metres of strike and down dip across several sections.
In northern Ricci Lee, two parallel copper-bearing structures are becoming clearer: the Hanging-Wall Lode returned 24 metres at 1.05% copper, while deeper drilling of the Main Lode hit 22 metres at 1.74% copper.
Subject to shareholder approval at an October 12 general meeting, BOA proposes to acquire the remaining stake in Neds Creek, plus two nearby deposits with combined resources of 121,000 tonnes of copper.

Why it mattersCopper prices are near US$14,550 per tonne, making high-grade finds attractive. BOA's growing inventory could support a sizeable mine development.
