Doctors call for Israeli Medical Association suspension at WMA summit
Hundreds of doctors protested outside the World Medical Association summit in the Netherlands. They want the Israeli Medical Association to be suspended.
At the WMA summit in Rotterdam, 81 healthcare workers hung their scrubs in a line. Each one had the name of a Palestinian healthcare worker held in Israeli detention.
The IMA Out! coalition led the protest.

More than 6,500 health workers worldwide signed it. It calls for the IMA's suspension.
One of the named detainees is Dr Hussam Abu Safia. He is head of Gaza's Kamal Adwan Hospital.
