Beau Lamarre-Condon allegedly told his friend 'I've killed people' after the shooting deaths.

Beau Lamarre-Condon, 31, is accused of fatally shooting TV presenter Jesse Baird and Luke Davies on 19 February 2024 at Baird's Sydney home. Lamarre-Condon pleaded not guilty and claims self-defence.

A jury trial is underway. Lamarre-Condon's friend testified that he arrived at his workplace that day and said he had 'done something'.

When pressed, Lamarre-Condon replied 'I've killed people', describing it as an 'out-of-body experience'. The friend said Lamarre-Condon then asked for help 'cleaning up his mess', noting that bodies were heavy.

Lamarre-Condon later allegedly said 'I shot the first one through the head and the second one through the door'. He claimed he couldn't leave any witnesses.
