Beau Lamarre-Condon trial hears CCTV of alleged body-disposal van movements

CCTV shows the accused officer's movements days after alleged murders.

Beau Lamarre-Condon, 31, is accused of fatally shooting Sydney couple Jesse Baird and Luke Davies with his police service weapon on February 19, 2024. Lamarre-Condon has pleaded not guilty to two counts of murder.

A jury has now seen CCTV footage from the days after the alleged murders. On February 22, early morning footage shows him at a McDonald's drive-thru in Sutton Forest, about 30 kilometres from where he allegedly disposed of the bodies.

He ordered food and collected a paper bag and drink. Earlier footage from February 20 shows him carrying a bucket near Baird's house, withdrawing cash from ATMs, and buying cleaning items from Bunnings.

Later that night he visited a skip bin location with a friend before returning alone. Bloodied items belonging to Baird and Davies were found in the bins the next morning.
