Trial hears ex-cop visited restaurants and doctors after alleged murders

CCTV footage shown to the jury captures ex-NSW police officer Beau Lamarre-Condon dining and having surgery after the alleged killings.

A jury watching CCTV footage in the trial of Beau Lamarre-Condon saw the former NSW police officer at Sushi Train in Cronulla on February 20, 2024. February 20, 2024 was a day after the alleged murders of Network Ten producer Jesse Baird and flight attendant Luke Davies.

On February 21, Lamarre-Condon attended day surgery at St Vincent's Hospital. Police footage also showed him at Bunnings that day.

He paid cash for a wheelbarrow and quick-set cement. No dispute exists that Lamarre-Condon disposed of some of Baird and Davies' belongings near Goulburn later that week.

The Crown alleges Baird's death was premeditated and Davies was killed as a witness. The defence says both deaths were accidental.
