Three Pinocchio's Pizza locations in Wollongong closed with workers given less than a day to find new jobs.
Pinocchio's Pizza has shut its doors across Albion Park, Dapto and Shellharbour, ending a 20-year run for the chain. Staff were given less than a day's notice they had lost their jobs.
A prospective buyer had withdrawn an offer after reviewing the company's finances, deeming the deal too risky. The original owners then handed the business to insolvency practitioners.
