Tim Taranto claims third Jack Dyer Medal in just four seasons
Richmond midfielder Tim Taranto won the Jack Dyer Medal for the third time in just four seasons.
Tim Taranto claimed the Jack Dyer Medal, Richmond's best and fairest award, for the third time after starring in 21 matches. The 28-year-old polled 55 votes, finishing ahead of Jack Ross on 47.
Taranto won the medal in 2023 and 2025, and also holds Greater Western Sydney's Kevin Sheedy Medal from 2019, giving him four club awards overall. Tim Taranto now joins Richmond's elite group: Trent Cotchin, Ron Branton, Neville Crowe, Bill Morris and Geoff Raines all won the medal three times.
Only Wayne Campbell and Roy Wright, with four apiece, and Kevin Bartlett and Jack Dyer, with five each, have won more Richmond VFL/AFL best and fairests.
