Jaren Carr delisted then handed rookie lifeline by Dockers
Fremantle delisted 22-year-old Jaren Carr from the primary list but committed to re-drafting him as a rookie.
Carr, a winger who has not yet made his AFL debut, was drafted by Fremantle in 2024 with pick 63. Carr has developed at WAFL level with Peel Thunder, averaging 21.3 disposals across 17 games this season and kicking eight goals.
Carr showed strong form late in the season, collecting 30 disposals in a finals clash. Carr's father Matthew played 134 games for Fremantle between 2001 and 2008, and his uncle Josh played 83 games for the Dockers.
