Ukraine confirms US ballistic missile warnings restored

Zelenskiy announced that US warnings about incoming Russian ballistic strikes have been fully restored. These warnings are essential to Ukraine's air defences.

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskiy said US warnings about incoming Russian ballistic strikes have been fully restored. Ukraine needs these warnings to activate air defences.

SpaceX's Starshield satellite internet had been slowed in October. SpaceX's Starshield satellite internet is now operating at speeds up to 420km per hour.

Zelenskiy attributed both changes to a meeting with US special envoy Steve Witkoff in Oslo. Kyiv and Moscow are set to hold technical talks with Washington in November.

Zelenskiy said Ukraine would not discuss limits to its armed forces or enforced post-war neutrality. He is pushing for a trilateral summit involving US President Donald Trump and Russian President Vladimir Putin.

The talks would address core issues, including the nearly 20 per cent of Ukraine that Russia occupies.
