Anastasia Marshall was sentenced Friday to one year and 11 months in prison for helping her secret lover cover up a murder. Anastasia Marshall aided Jonathan Parker in concealing the death of Krystal Marshall, her former wife.
Krystal's charred remains were found in her Aldinga Beach home in October 2023. The judge said Marshall had multiple opportunities to go to police but instead chose to lie and help Parker cover up the crime.
Marshall will be eligible to apply for parole in May next year. Parker, who admits burning the body but denies murder, remains in trial with a verdict pending.
