Gold Coast secures Jamarra Ugle-Hagan for 2027 draft
Gold Coast delisted Jamarra Ugle-Hagan then committed to re-drafting him at the AFL Draft.
The Suns delisted Ugle-Hagan ahead of Friday's list filing deadline. Ugle-Hagan will officially rejoin the club at the Telstra AFL Draft on November 20.
The 24-year-old played only three senior games for Gold Coast in 2026 after transferring from the Western Bulldogs. Jamarra Ugle-Hagan showed promise across 11 VFL games.
But he suffered knee and ankle injuries that needed surgery in his first season. The former No.1 pick kicked 43 goals in his best season in 2024 at the Bulldogs before his difficult move north.
Gold Coast needed the delistment to manage its list after signing three players during the trade period.
