Woman charged with failing to appear in court 10 times arrested
Chrystal Angus, 41, has been arrested on 10 counts of failing to appear in court.
Chrystal Angus, 41, appeared in Warrnambool Magistrates Court on Thursday after being arrested by Camperdown police. Ms Angus had failed to show up to court on 10 separate occasions and was held in custody overnight before appearing in court.
Chrystal Angus's original charges relate to thefts from a shop, obtaining financial advantage by deception, and dealing with the proceeds of crime. Most of those charges were laid by Colac police following alleged incidents in that area.
The court granted her bail with strict conditions and she will appear again at a later date.
