Bared Footwear crafts custom boots for Kylie's Grand Final
Bared founder Anna Baird sourced seven custom boot pairs for Kylie.
When Kylie Minogue performed at the Grand Final on Saturday, her gold knee-high boots came from Melbourne label Bared Footwear. Founder Anna Baird personally travelled to her factory in China and brought back the custom boots for the big event.
Kylie wore size 34, the label's smallest size. The boots had to handle rain and stay firm as Kylie danced.
Baird said Kylie was keen to wear an Australian brand. The moment could give Bared the same cult status as Kylie's iconic gold hot pants, which are rumoured to be worth about $10 million.
