Teen remains in serious condition three weeks after Victoria Park crash

On Friday, September 25, a Royal Melbourne Hospital spokesperson said the patient was in serious condition. The driver was an 18-year-old from Alfredton.
They were treated for upper and lower body injuries and are in stable condition. Police continue investigating the circumstances of the crash.
