A Virgin Australia cabin manager sang to passengers on a domestic flight and charmed thousands online.
David Hammond is a cabin manager on Virgin Australia flight VA736 from Gold Coast to Melbourne. Hammond picked up the in-flight intercom and serenaded passengers with Tina Turner's 1984 hit What's Love Got to Do With It?
Passengers on Thursday's flight clapped along, swayed and joined in as Hammond belted out the song. Some passengers in view appeared disengaged, while others swayed, clapped and joined in.
Several travellers filmed the moment and the video was shared on Instagram by an account called Due Baci Publishing. The post described Hammond as an absolute icon and praised his passion and positive energy.
