Lush closing all 10 Westfield stores over three years
Lush will close all 10 of its Westfield locations as leases expire, shifting to street-front stores and its online platform.
Lush is permanently exiting Westfield shopping centres nationwide and will close all 10 locations over the next three years as leases run out. The bath bomb and skincare retailer wants to focus on serving local communities and prefers stores that reflect their values.
Standalone shops will continue at Sydney's QVB and Macquarie Centre. The online store and app remain open.
Lush was an early success in Australia when it opened in 1997. It pioneered loose, unpackaged products and ethical branding.
The exit comes after Lush shut down all Australian stores and manufacturing for a day in October 2025. This was to protest conditions in Gaza.
Several Westfield centres covered its signage at that time.
