Riverside Plaza, the main shopping centre in Queanbeyan, has been listed for sale. The current owners bought the site for $60 million six years ago.
The centre sits next to the Queanbeyan River and is anchored by a Coles supermarket. The centre has 21,660 square metres of space that can be rented out.
The big tenants together bring in over $80 million in sales. Sales agents CBRE and JLL are handling the sale, with expressions of interest closing Thursday 5 November 2026.
JLL says the Canberra-Queanbeyan corridor has strong population growth. Two-thirds of the local workforce commute into the Canberra CBD each day.
