Batman Part II release date at risk as director Matt Reeves steps away
Director Matt Reeves steps away from the sequel for family reasons, halting filming mid-production.
Production on Batman Part II has paused after director Matt Reeves stepped away for family reasons. The sequel, starring Robert Pattinson, was filming in London with a February 2028 release date.
It's unclear whether Reeves will return or be replaced. DC Studios said Reeves "had the full support" and left the door open for either outcome.
