Kain and Keser win The Block with $1.27 million profit
Courtney Kain and Sevilay Keser's Mount Eliza home sold for $4.72 million, $1.27 million above reserve.
Queensland friends Courtney Kain and Sevilay Keser won the 2026 season of The Block after their home at 9 Mackillop Place, Mount Eliza sold for $4.72 million, a $1.27 million jump above reserve. Sevilay, 37, is a commercial interior designer; Courtney, 34, manages construction sites.
The pair pocket the $100,000 winner's cheque plus access to Scotty's Prize Pool, a collection of cash, vehicles, and home upgrades valued at about $500,000. Remarkably, all five houses sold, defying Melbourne's weak property market.
