Nelson Bay home project Alula sweeps five awards
Alula won five awards at the HIA Hunter Housing Awards.
Alula, a luxury development in Nelson Bay, won five awards at the HIA Hunter Housing Awards. Greenbuild Constructions and Aveline Property built it.
The awards include Townhouse Development of the Year and Townhouse of the Year. The project also won Bathroom of the Year and Kitchen of the Year.
Alula brings capital-city-level luxury and architecture to Port Stephens. Director Kain Bliss said the team took a calculated risk.
They wanted to deliver something truly special. These wins let Alula compete nationally at the HIA Australian Housing Awards in May 2027.
The project is currently on the market with listing agent PRD Port Stephens.
