Online influencer Clavicular pleads not guilty to rape charge
Influencer Braden Peters, known as Clavicular, pleaded not guilty. He was charged with raping a 17-year-old girl. This happened at his home in Massachusetts in May 2025.
Peters, 20, was arraigned in Orleans, Massachusetts. He was charged with giving the teenager alcohol until she was drunk.
He then sexually assaulted her at his family's home in Chatham. Peters says the sexual encounter was consensual.
Peters surrendered his passport and agreed to a USD 10,000 bail. He will not contact or post about the accuser.
Peters is an influencer who promotes extreme male beauty standards. He has about one million Instagram followers.
The case is among several legal challenges he has faced. Earlier this year he was charged with misdemeanour battery in Florida.
He allegedly started a fight there. In a separate Florida case he was sentenced to probation for firing a gun in public.
