Bloom is charged with threatening serious injury with a controlled weapon, and police oppose bail.
Kaisey Bloom, of Horsham, is charged with threatening serious injury with a controlled weapon. Police oppose bail, and the magistrate is expected to rule on October 12.
Bloom allegedly held a small flip knife during a confrontation with a tradie in Bendigo. Advocates say they are concerned about her safety in the male prison where she is being held.
Bloom's lawyer told the court she had been in custody for 22 days. A 17-day gap in her hormone treatment was only fixed after a lawyer pushed for it.
Magistrate Jarrod Williams said Bloom is presumed innocent until proven guilty. Williams also asked for more information about Bloom's mental health.
