Fort Hood shooter's execution to be livestreamed December 3

The Pentagon will broadcast the execution of Fort Hood shooter Nidal Malik Hasan live on December 3.

Defence Secretary Pete Hegseth said the execution will be broadcast live. Hasan was an Army doctor who killed 13 people and hurt 32 others in a 2009 shooting at the military base.

Hasan was convicted and sentenced to death. President Trump approved the execution.

The Pentagon said more details would follow. Legal experts say Hasan can file a court challenge.

It could delay the execution.
