Police are investigating three separate sudden deaths in Queensland. All happened within 24 hours. One body was found in a bin.
Police were called to a Brisbane apartment complex at Kangaroo Point on Friday morning after a body was found in a bin. On Thursday afternoon, an 84-year-old man was found unresponsive at a home in Surat, 450km west of Brisbane.
He died shortly after. A suspicious house fire happened the same day in Bellbird Park, west of Brisbane.
The fire led to finding another body. Police declared the properties crime scenes.
They are doing post-mortem examinations. Officers are looking for CCTV footage from homes in the areas.
