Property developer Jaime Farrelly pleads guilty to impersonating federal
Developer Jaime Farrelly admitted impersonating a Commonwealth official. He also admitted possessing more than three unregistered firearms and supplying prohibited drugs.
Jaime Farrelly appeared at Downing Centre Local Court in Sydney on Thursday. He pleaded guilty to four charges.

Police arrested Farrelly in October 2025. They found replica firearms, gel blasters and drugs in his rented Double Bay home.
Police also discovered allegedly fake badges for the FBI and CIA. They found hats and T-shirts bearing Australian Federal Police insignia.
The investigation began after someone handed an allegedly fake police badge and ID card to Bondi police station. Three other weapons charges were withdrawn.
Farrelly faces up to two years in prison. He will be sentenced at NSW District Court, with the first mention on October 23.
His bail continues on the same conditions.
