Jason Momoa buys $15 million Queenstown property in New Zealand
Jason Momoa paid $15 million for a Queenstown property, the second-biggest residential sale in the region.
Hollywood actor Jason Momoa paid NZ$15 million for a 4.92-hectare property in Dalefield, Queenstown, ranking it as the second-biggest residential sale in the Queenstown-Lakes region this year. The property was previously owned by the late actor Sir Sam Neill.
Momoa is not new to New Zealand. He owns Āriki Group alongside directors Taika Waititi and Cliff Curtis.
The group bought the Studio West film facility in West Auckland earlier this year. In a statement, Momoa said New Zealand felt like home creatively, culturally and spiritually.
He wants to support local crews and help develop storytellers.
