St Kilda signs Stringer after 48-goal season with Giants
The 32-year-old kicks 48 goals for GWS this season before joining the Saints.
Jake Stringer will join St Kilda next month after his most prolific season in over a decade. The 32-year-old forward kicked 48 goals for Greater Western Sydney this season, finishing as the Giants' leading goalkicker.
Stringer spent two seasons at GWS and wanted to return to Melbourne for family reasons. Jake Stringer's arrival gives the Saints greater depth in attack, according to St Kilda footy boss Lenny Hayes.
The delisted free agency window will open on November 2. Stringer, a former top-five pick, has played 250 games across the Bulldogs, Bombers and Giants.
