Hunter Street Newcastle landmark ends three-year vacancy with new plans
Altim Property is converting the empty nib building at 364-366 Hunter Street into medical, professional and commercial spaces.
The former nib dental premises at 364-366 Hunter Street has sat empty since 2023, but Altim Property recently bought the site and is now revealing plans to bring it back to life. The adaptive reuse project will create space for GPs, specialists, allied health providers, lawyers and other professional services.
The building will be offered as separate suites or as one line, delivered as a shell ready for tenants to complete their fitout. Eight car parking spaces are being added.
The location is strong, close to the harbour, courts and light rail, making it attractive to clients and staff. The project is working through council approval.
