Jillaroos beat Fiji 30-14 to reach World Cup final

Australia defeated Fiji 30-14 in the semi-final, with Abbi Church scoring four tries.

Fiji opened the scoring first, running out to an 8-0 lead and becoming the first team to score first against Australia since the 2013 World Cup final. The Jillaroos steadied after the shock and levelled before half-time when Tamika Upton set up Abbi Church in the corner, then scored herself.

Church claimed a second-half hat-trick to seal the result beyond doubt. The win secures Australia's fifth straight appearance in a World Cup final, where they face New Zealand next week.
