Ben Roberts-Smith, one of Australia's most decorated living soldiers, is awaiting trial on war crimes charges. Roberts-Smith has launched an apparel brand called Epic 1 Two.

In October, he appeared in a social media collaboration between his brand and Zero Limits supplements. The gym supplements company is run by right-wing podcaster Chris Katelaris, also known as 'Big Chocky'.

Months earlier, Zero Limits sold a pre-workout product titled 'war crimes' in a flavour called 'kill or capture cola'. Its label showed a hooded captive in a room with an Australian flag.

Roberts-Smith also praised another Zero Limits pre-workout on Instagram and appeared on their podcast. He has not been shown endorsing the 'war crimes' product itself.
